Through our hands-on sorting method, each crab is meticulously inspected for size and quality, eliminating any inferior crabs. We take extra care, to the best of our ability, to remove any light weight crabs. We season with our signature blend of spices including salt, celery seed, mustard powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and paprika, and steamed to perfection.
